Who we are
Chelvon Lanka is an Australian-based private-travel company arranging tailor-made journeys across Sri Lanka. You can reach us any time at hello@chelvonlanka.com or on +61 433 261 300. We are the people responsible for the information described below.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the inquiry form. That can include your name, email, an optional phone number, your country of residence, and trip details — travel month, trip length, group size, regions, interests and your message. We don’t run accounts, we don’t take payments on this site, and we don’t ask for anything we don’t need to plan a trip.
How we use it
Your inquiry is used to reply to you and to shape an itinerary — nothing else. Submissions are delivered to our own inbox through Resend, our email-delivery provider. We never sell your information and we don’t add you to unrelated marketing.
Cookies & advertising
We advertise with Google Ads, so the site loads Google’s tag under Consent Mode v2. By default, advertising and analytics storage is denied— no advertising cookies are set until you choose. The banner lets you Accept or Decline; your choice is remembered in a single first-party cookie (cl_consent) for about 180 days. If you Accept, Google may set advertising cookies to measure ad performance. To change your mind later, clear the cl_consent cookie (and any Google cookies) in your browser and the banner will appear again. Your choices & rights
You can decline cookies at any time with no loss of functionality — the site works exactly the same. If you’re in the EEA or UK (GDPR) or Australia (Privacy Act), you can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us. Email hello@chelvonlanka.com and we’ll take care of it.
Third parties & where data goes
The only third parties involved are Google LLC (Google Ads, only after you Accept) and Resend (delivering your inquiry to us). Both may process data outside your home country. We don’t share your information with anyone else.
